By using our vertical strap on the back edge of a door, 12mm toughened frameless glass can safely by used for doors up to 4m high and 1100mm wide. Due to the large surface area, this size of door is best restricted to single action so that the closer can be set to match either the internal air pressure or the external average wind pressure.

The restriction can be permanent - using frame stops or can be a foot operated stop to allow the doorman to use it as a double action door.
